We are so excited to honor someone that gave so much to everyone he knew. Children remember his words as he kneeled and looked into their eyes: "I believe in you." It didn't matter what station in life a person held, in the heart of Rev. Swinney, all were the same. What a blessing he was. What a role model he was. Was he not Heaven sent? He was.
