2026 Keeneland Bluegrass International Cup

Fayette Alliance and the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center invite you to celebrate Lexington's world-class farms, city, and healthcare on Friday, September 11, 2026, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Bluegrass International Cup.

Attendees will enjoy a thrilling high-goal polo match, exceptional food, live music, and dancing at historic Mt. Brilliant Farm—a setting that reflects why Lexington is known as the “Horse Capital of the World.”

With Keeneland as title sponsor, the Bluegrass International Cup is held the Friday before the Keeneland September Yearling Sale. For the past 20 years, it has brought together leaders from the equine industry, business community, healthcare sector, and beyond to celebrate all that makes Lexington extraordinary.

The event benefits the Fayette Alliance Foundation and the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center through its foundation, supporting sustainable growth and cancer research in Central Kentucky as we work together for a cancer free tomorrow.
